Yeah, I agree. So many homes by the coast/mountains being taken by people from cities for a second home means the locals of those places struggle.
Does make me laugh when second home owners moan the council tax on second homes is higher. If they can afford a second home (which they’ll most likely rent out to holiday makers when not using) in an expensive part of the country, then you should be able to afford the higher council tax.
