It's going to be tricky for this to pass through with a lot of advantages for renters, with the amount of landlords in power.

That said, while I'm not necessarily for people being turfed out their homes willynilly, I also don't think people who own multiple properties should be unable to sell up or (say) move a family member into one of their extra properties when they're old enough ...
