I don't think it matters whether it is Ali or someone else, he's farming for reactions. I think part of the reason they're not reacting to his "banter" yet is because it must be very obvious in the house what he is doing.

Ali I think considered taking it further, but then realized it could backfire massively... consider too if he's that blatantly creepy to us, only imagine how it must feel like in there. Then why would Ali share a vape with him at all, if she's worried about boundaries accidentally appearing to be crossed? She's not stupid, either.
