Thanks for the replies (just realised there's more than one!).
To be honest for this year I'd agree that them all together in one house and re-establishing the core format is what is required, and that's the starting point for my new format which I'll post soon (when I've thought it through properly!)
I know though both the two (or more) house scenario and making things more competitive really seem to split the BB fans - some really would like to see it, and some really wouldn't. The trick for the producers I suppose is satisfying both sets of fans. Easy.
