She concentrated in on Marcello later because he pulled her aside and said she was being unreasonable by objecting to sit through conversations of him talking about him masturbating. She hasn't had an issue with anyone else who was speaking vulgar because she respected her wishes, not argued them.
And I think we should also consider that Marcello has been making lewd comments for a while now, she's probably at the end of her tether with him.
