Everyone where she stands with him and, the moment someone has a disagreement with him, it suddenly comes out of nowhere that Ali may be right - see Martha, Izaaz, Thomas.
Additionally it looks worse because we saw the three of them vent but, in terms of building a target, it was little worse than Ali and Dean's sessions on the live feed which didn't make the highlights. It is working both ways in there. It isn't as if the three are suddenly disliking Ali for no reason. Particularly Khaled.

I agree that Ali hasn't handled the Khaled situation correctly, but I do think there is a bit of a difference between Dean and Ali, or Lily and Ali, or Martha and Ali discussing a HM and Segun, Hanah and Khaled plotting to all nominate her.
Segun, Hanah and Khaled should be allowed to talk freely about their thoughts on Ali (aside from calling her a witch and discussing nominations) without it being labelled bullying or ganging up, why is the same not afforded to Ali? It's always 'targeting' and 'turning on' but when others do similar, or worse, it's fine.
Ali has an issue with Khaled. I don't agree with her issue per se (though he spent most of yesterday looking smug). That's not targeting, that's someone not liking someone else, which happens in life. The reason it's been different is because she voiced her opinion to someone who shared it with Khaled, which led to Ali and Khaled talking, and things went from there. Because Khaled knows how Ali feels, every time there is a head-but, it feeds into their conversation, as it's bound to.
People talk about people infantilising Lily but many viewers do the same with Khaled. He's a grown man having a disagreement with a grown woman.
