It's literally the bread and butter of Big Brother as a whole. They all talk about each other. It's more to do with being caught out and owning it, which Hannah did. Ali however, denies any wrong doing, and is a lot more snidey with it.

Ali will never admit or own up to anything,as she is a professional victim.
Hanah stood her ground,and her feelings were valid .she had every right to say what she said,and she most definitely was used as a pawn ( I'm laughing at how Hanah kept saying pond though
) , she knew what Ali & Dean were doing.
Notice how Ali doesn't confront Hanah,I knew she'd run away. Ali knows she'll lose against Hanah in argument.
