Their bed for the duration of staying in the BB house,they sleep there & have their belongings there . If you sleep in a hotel ...do you go around saying " well technically I don't own this bed , so It doesn't matter if
someone spills drink or anything on it " ..erm no

If Hanah or one of the boys had poured wine on Lily's bed...I wonder if she'd take it as a harmless prank
