She has realised she's not as close to the females in the house ,she thought she had some sort of friendship & closeness with Sarah...but Sarah would rather pick Nathan and it hurt her . Like I said Sarah will feel silly when she watches this back

Also why did Sarah feel the need to tell Martha about what Hanah had said about Ali previously

, that felt a bit 2 faced ....it could have been unintentional like foot in mouth,as Sarah seems the type to accidentally say something,but still.
But Hanah is finding herself identifying more with the boys, she's seeing there's a lack of sisterhood...she has female friends outside the house & sisters ,so she's missing that . And it doesn't help when the conversation in the BB house is just surface level... like she said. And Martha's fakeness was rubbing her up the wrong way.
I felt sorry for Hanah , she isn't playing a game ... like she said she's being herself. But she's had her eyes open now in the game. She showed a vulnerable side. She's authentic.
