I do agree with you here. The response of other housemates to him, and his gracious response to the situation, suggests there is so much more to him than we’ve been shown. From my perspective BB does certain housemates a disservice and injustice in this way.
I really didn’t like his attitude in the diary room, and found it annoying, but I do believe there is a much more appealing character hidden somewhere in the discarded edits. No matter how hard I try, I can’t get past the feeling of being a little sad for him.
