I'm going to start lying on my job applications , as I'm not getting anywhere
. They act like they will train employees, and help them gain experience. Yet every one of them ...get snobby and turn you down the moment you say " well I don't have the exact experience but I'm willing to learn". These companies are a complete fraud
, and they are very misleading.
Surely they should understand & appreciate,we all have to start somewhere. It seems they expect you to already be a CEO with 30 years experience, and then if you were a CEO ( I'm using an example of course), then you still get turned down due to being
' overqualified ' . You can't win .
