I think she's holding back ,and the showmance with Nathan is suppressing her. She's generally a bit silly and goofy ,but we're not seeing her at her fullest.
Even when she was talking about spending time with Segun when he was praying, Nathan was making sly digs at her . You can just tell he's the type to constantly belittle his partners ... under the guise of " ohhh I'm only joking"

She would have been so much better without him stuck to her hip . The best Rosie we saw was in the early days in storage...when she built a bond with Sarah . But now she's just doing silly pranks with Nathan ,and always in his shadow.... it's ashame really.
