If you're talking about the one that led to Sarah & Tom's eviction, it was literally the 4 housemates with the lowest votes . BB told them to go to the vault.
Then the remaining housemates had to guess who would be evicted/ have the least public votes . They guessed correctly & the prize fund stayed the same. Sarah & Tom received the lowest public votes to win ,so they both got back door evicted
