But I'm pretty sure the council should be sending road sweepers down the road but I haven't seen one on this road in ages. Probably why the biddy took it upon herself to sweep them.

Can't you ask her to stop and point out it's not your tree? The wind will only blow them back? I can't understand anyone going to the trouble of sweeping them, then
