Well done to the public thwarting that.
I now doubt anyone other than Chris will likely win this series.
Sorry but he isn't my choice to at all.

I think that it's also the case sadly.
I miss the days when people just voted for who they personally liked the best (for whatever reason) but the individual viewer just liked a contestant.
Now on modern Strictly it's what theme am I looking for this year, plus who do I feel sorry for, it's seriously pissing me off with the Show, and I know on Facebook there is a minority of people on there that are finally expressing how I've been feeling about Chris since his very first dance.
We need to seriously have a look at the last few winners of Strictly to notice some of the patterns that have crept into the Show.
Stacey Dooley - "It's Kevin's last year, and he deserves to win a year."
Kelvin - Admittedly he just won because women fancied him, and he was a good dancer tbf. So whilst I was a Karim fan in that particular year, I can't really complain too much with the reasoning for Kelvin's vote.
Bill Bailey - Bill ironically was my favourite in that year because I did like him and his dances, but being fair I have no doubt that some people voted for him for the "feel good factor" of seeing an older guy winning Strictly that weren't as stiff as a cardboard. So he did get the patronizing vote imo.
Rose - The patronizing tone that Rose received in her series was off the chart at the time, I honestly felt like I was one of a few people that was treating her as equal to every other contestant, and would mark her performances based on actual merit.
A really insufferable year because of Rose being on the Show, and it weren't even because of anything that she actually did, but instead the public and the judges inability to treat contestants with disabilities as actual people and not in a positive discriminatory manner.
Chris's journey does remind me so much of Rose, that's why I think that we're going to have the same tragic outcome all over again.
Hamza - It felt to me like people were again patronizing Hamza because he was slightly chubby (with all due respect to Hamza) and again he moved better than most people of his size, again another patronizing reason to support someone.
Ellie - I personally weren't keen on Ellie last year, but tbf she didn't have a sympathy/patronizing vote going on from what I can remember about her journey.
She did have a habit of behaving and talking like a 12 year old though, which I weren't keen on.
And potentially Chris, who on this very thread has had people be "positive" with patronizing comments about how Chris "can move well for a blind guy" and I know that people will either:
1. Deny what I'm saying.
Or 2. Talk about how "well intentioned they are being" which I have no doubt about that particular part, because people on here in general are nice people.
Excluding myself obviously, as I won't arrogantly state myself as a good person ever.
