This is a real tough one. If you've tried to patch things up with him and he's refused then there's not much you can do. I know that not much advise but trust me I've been here if he's not prepared to listen to you then there's not much point in trying.

Having said that I know what it's like to fall out with a close friend so I understand that you're upset.

If you can get him into a room with say another person so that you can talk about your differences then maybe you can patch things up.
