Lost £38 going to Gatwick. It was absolute madness due to scare. Trains were delayed, queues were miles and miles long when we got the airport. Assistants were useless, tracker was inaccurate. When I finally got to security it was madness with everyone trying to get to their plane. Security were shouting like that scene in titanic where everyone is trying to get on boat. Security told me to wait on the side while others were being tended to, meanwhile my tracker said gate closed but they said it was not necessarily accurate due to the chaos. Finally when I got answered to they confirmed it was indeed too late. My options were get the transferable plane the next day afternoon which would defeat the purpose of the weekend trip or go home. I went home. Can't get a refund. How lovely
