Personality wise (which is what the tite of the award is) Luke Littler has been head and shoulders above.

Everyone was talking about Littler. Even non-darts fans.

He certainly backs up his World class ability with some character and charisma on the oche. And still only 17 years old.

My only negative against him would be that he got beat in the World final (as a 16 year old) although he did win most of the other big tournaments.
