Who's online? What are you doing right now?
Yeah .. tried everything over the years
The pain is a result of years of landscape gardening when I was younger
Some nights are just better/ worse than others and there’s no rhyme nor reason
The only thing that works is to take a cocodomol plus ibuprofen cocktail and apply two ice packs .. whilst watching TV sat up downstairs
After a short while all the pain alleviates and I’m able to go back to bed and get a few hours sleep
