My ship with egg is like Russian roulette. When I crack the egg I have to spend time turning the yoke to see if there's red bit or that white cloudy thing. If there is I take it out if there isn't I then worry that the egg will taste too eggy or barn-y. I cannot do boiled eggs anymore. I just do not know if I am boiling an egg with the red bits inside!!!
As I type, I made lovely ramen with lots of veggies and sunny side up omelette. I spent some time taking out the red bit!!! I taste the egg...and it tastes barn-y!!!
Anyone can recommend a good egg brand that never has the red bits, cloudy bits or barn-y taste?
