On the plus side if you get attacked and sue... most pet insurance policies come with pretty hefty liability cover, so you might get some $£$. Guilt free too, you're only taking the insurer's cash  .

It can't spin on you if you are strong enough to twist the collar it will incapacitate the dog, according to dog training experts
