…if you wanted to clear all of your messages/the received and the sent and leave a completely empty message box…?…then click on the inbox first…?…your received messages will be listed below on a list with the most recent one showing first …scroll down the screen until you see the last message on that page…(…there’ll be multiple pages of messages…)…and at the bottom just under the last message on the page, there’s another drop down with choices of ‘move to folder’ ‘delete’ ‘mark as read’ and a few other choices…press on the delete choice and ‘delete’ well then appear in the box…click the box at the side of every/any message that you want to delete to place a tick next to the message title …(…and the message will be highlighted to yellow because you’ve selected it for an action…)..and then when you’ve selected all of the messages that you want to on that page…at the bottom and next to where you have the box with ‘delete’…?…there is another box that says ‘go’….?…press that and that page of messages will be deleted and you’ll have some space again…but you’ll only have one page of space so you can carry on deleting your next page and then your next one etc until they’re gone…then you can do the same with your ‘sent items’…exactly the same only you’ll be deleting those ones you’ve sent/rather than received…

…if there are any that you want to keep and not delete…?..then just don’t click on the tick box next to those ones and make sure they’re not highlighted before you press delete and go…..
