The unidentified woman has told the newspaper that she was 'disgusted' by the

She claims she wrote an email to ITV chief executive Carolyn McCall, in which
she stated: 'He is certainly not a man reflecting integrity or honesty or family
values.'

so she was offended on someone else's behalf and she felt it was ok to make a personal insult to him
she seems to be under the impression that being offended = being right?
And presumably she reported every episode of Celebrity Juice to Offcom?

It's not the kind of language that I personally would use, but I don't think it is so bad that it warrants the woman complaining about it to ITV.
People need to remember that actions speak louder than words under most circumstances.
