It's panicked propaganda, and that is
my opinion, I know it's a popular tactic to insist on being entitled to an opinion and then feel affronted when other people have an opinion about that opinion, but ... I also don't care.
The idea that they're building 12 x 10,000 house town "for the immigrants!" is just nonsense. Over 85% of the UK is British-born. It's also not the reality of the "new towns" that already exist - most of them are populated by (in the majority) white British people. The whole UK is not London, and does not have the demographics of the London area.
