Telling someone in a debate that you believe that they already know something and are feigning ignorance, is a perfectly valid debate stance. If someone takes personal offense at that, and can't stay calm and rational at the idea that they're "being told what they think", then their choice is to ignore it, better explain their stance, or leave the debate if they can't keep their temper in check.
The answer isn't disallowing a perfectly normal, bog-standard debate stance that's been in use since Socrates and co were pontificating on steps in Athens and say "Oh no we won't be having any of that here on TiBB! Telling me what I do and don't clearly know how offensive!"
We're all grown-ups not primary school kids.
