…hmmmmm, this does appear to be quite ludicrous in so many ways but I’m going to hold off my thoughts atm because I believe this is a roadway that has been a contention for a long time …so much as the forests have to be preserved, the area needs access for employment and growth so it’s a bit of a catch 22/type thing…and the limited road access there is has been struggling for a long time…anyway, just skimming through that one article that you linked, bots…?…the resident commenting is saying ‘His community won't be connected to the road, given its walls on either side.
"For us who live on the side of the highway, there will be no benefits. There will be benefits for the trucks that will pass through. If someone gets sick, and needs to go to the centre of Belém, we won't be able to use it."


…so it really feels absolutely essential that it’s essential that the road does indeed provide the employment access to him and other residents like him because that’s surely the whole reasoning for it…
