2. Favourite actor..?… Changes all the time. Sometimes it's James Spader, another week it's Nic Cage. This week it's John Cazale lol.
3. Favourite director..?… Either Kubrick or Hitchcock. Very unorthodox choices, I know.
4. Favourite actress..?… Rebecca Hall
5. Favourite movie trilogy..?..Lord of the Rings or the Star Wars Original Trilogy
6. Favourite movie character..?.. Norman Bates.
7. Favourite movie villain..?… Dracula (Lugosi). Some might raise eyebrows at how I can call Norman Bates my favourite movie character but not favourite movie villain, but I think Norman Bates is too complex to simply be neatly slotted into the villains category imo.
8. Favourite movie genre..?.. Horror
9. Movie you like but everyone hates..?..The Exorcist II: The Heretic. Not a great movie, but quite an interesting antithesis to the original with some great set pieces and uniquely '70s 'new age' ideas on spiritualism. I still think William Peter Blatty is the only person who should ever be writing an Exorcist movie/book (in which case, leave it alone now), but The Heretic is very fun and intriguing for the hot mess that it is.
10. Movie you hate but everyone likes..?..Martyrs. It's just torture porn with a very predictable and forced 'message' shoehorned in at the end in order to make it seem more dignified and respectable to some pretentious movie lovers.
11. Most overrated movie you have ever seen..?..Avatar or some Christopher Nolan movie, probably.
12. Most underrated movie you have ever seen…?… There are so many... Not my definitive pick, but Witchfinder General with Vincent Price needs more love.
