As the flying dildo didn't have controls inside, weren't the women we literally "just" passengers?

I know rockets are often controlled (at least in part) remotely, but as they're not also showing the ground crew, I'm guessing it wasn't entirely female.

So while I'm sure the "crew" have a lovely picture to stick on their fridges, it seems that Blue Origin could have made more effort to make this so monumental.
