For Duck’s Sake!

A local man named Barry was arrested on Tuesday for stealing/kidnapping… a duck. The incident happened around 10:30am at the local nature reserve. When it was noticed that the duck was missing, the police were contacted straight away.

An eyewitness said they had seen Barry and the duck at a local ice cream shop. She recalled, “The man and the duck were inside the ice cream shop. It looked like they were having a great time actually. They looked really friendly and comfortable with eachother”.

They were later spotted leaving the cinema by another onlooker. Onlooker was quoted as saying, “I seen that Barry guy and his duck leaving the cinema. I honestly wouldn’t have even questioned it but i had just heard on the radio about the kidnapping of a duck. The duck looked to be having a great time to be honest… they crossed the street to the play park. The Barry man proceeded to push the little duck on the swing. They looked like they were having the time of their lives”.
