What are the max temps there? Trying to think how it compares to here... honestly, I love the sun, so you're gaining in moving to that climate, in my personal opinion.

Spiders bother me less. There's roaches that are very large here though, and they like to go flying
I hate roaches... In very warm climates, it's very easy for a lot of things to get into the home, especially if it's a humid climate.
