Do we have any health and fitness experts/ gurus around ??
I am trying to drink 6 to 8 glasses of water/ liquid daily after seeing many people advising same !!
But ….. then I saw this ..
“ Drinking too much water can flush out the electrolytes we need in our bodies. If we’re dehydrated, we need to take electrolytes with water, or at least some good salt. Pure water doesn’t get absorbed, it just goes straight through and can even flush out electrolytes.”
Help !!
