Maybe IF more of them do get up and leave, people here may then end up screaming but way too late, that they SHOULD have been treated far better and respected far more too.
IF I was a now Resident Doctor, I'd be planning to be on a plane within weeks to get out of the UK.
No hesitation whatsoever.

…I think added to that loss through moving and practising overseas, Joey…?…then a lot more will further train to go into a private medicine field…
