So this is a game yes but it'll require very minimal participation.

I'll choose some members and with their permission I'll also choose songs for them each round. You can put yourselves forward as well if you really want to be included but you won't need to do anything else except vote in polls. There'll be 12 members and I'm gonna put names in a bag and draw out the 12 for selection. Only 5 will make the band! There will be 5 rounds with 12 songs in each poll. That's 60 songs. I'll add up each potential band members votes overall 5 rounds and the top 5 will make the band.

Now it's called the Cheese Factor because I'll be choosing cheesy songs galore. The cheesiest members will make the cut and become The Band. The Band will be called The Big Cheeses.

The Big Cheeses will win a spot at the annual Tibb Towers variety performance which takes part at Tibb Towers in December. More on that nearer the time.

So if you want your name in the bag speak now.

I'll choose the 12 later and get their permission. If anyone doesn't want to be used as a potential band member I'll remove them of course and pick an alternative.
