…so if the police authorities are saying …
“I do not have reasonable grounds to believe a criminal offence has occurred. Because Jack and Lilly are still missing, polygraph examinations were conducted with the intention of ruling out that possibility.”
…and also saying that the children’s genetic father’s polygraph has revealed that he didn’t take them and has no knowledge of where they are …?…then what do they believe has happened to the children…a tragic accident, is that what they’re saying…?…because other than that, surely a suspected criminal offence…?…
