100s of hotels have been running illigally that is why they amd many others will be shut down.

Its all down to the c1 licence, which means the building is listed as a hotel open to the public. These hotels should have obtained a c3 licence which means the building is listed as a residential building. Each and everyone one of them kept the c1 licence, kept the public out, and kept the higher rate of tax money they illegally dodged paying for the c3 licence, firmly in their already inflated pockets.

It will be interesting to see if they have to pay anything back.


We can thank YouTubers like AY Audits for highlighting this issue into the public domain. His non arrests for trespassing was all of the hotels he visited, downfall. A C3 residential licence would have turned his presence there into a criminal one.
