It feels like it to me.
I feel like Doctors are over-diagnosing people as neurodivergent, but even possibly worse than that I feel like there are some people trying to pretend to be neurodivergent just to get a following on Social Media.
And I'm going to be very controversial when I say this, but a similar thing is happening with Mental Health cases, especially if the person in question has done something wrong or controversial, they'll then claim that it's “affecting their Mental Health.” Just to make people feel sorry for them.
It's quite horrible tbh that some people are using serious issues that other people have, just to further themselves.
