I don't know that I would consider any of this a "phobia". I can tolerate it without complaint if need be...
Cardboard is #1. Particularly the kind that has more of a dry sound and feel... it hurts internally and I can't stand the feeling either, but it's mostly the sound... it's best described as chalk scratch for me...
I also don't tolerate well most things ASMR unless it's airy/atmospheric fun stuff (like fans)... but loud treble-y footsteps, bleating key click sounds, etc are bothersome. I love a good click-y keyboard. It's not the sound itself, I think it's the frequency. I don't think I do well with certain high pitched sounds. The phones both hub & I had before (we always buy the same one) had a higher frequency for speaker phone and boy did it travel... of course it pointed at people when he was holding it so the higher end was more pronounced. It was fine when facing away towards the ground. But yeah, using that and listening to it directly, I was pretty sensitive to that. I can still hear an old CRT come on before the picture shows up. I have to wear hearing protection when using vacuums, power tools, etc... which one should do anyway, especially the latter...
I do love the sound of a good fan, though. The old school fans that had the metal box and had that beautiful deep hum to it... mmm...
