I almost got scammed once. He spent 3 weeks pretending he lived in France and that he couldn't wait to meet me. He was sending me pics of some gorgeous guy. Then suddenly he sent me pics of a child in hospital claiming he was low on funds to get her surgery. He didn't directly ask for financial support but eluded to it while being charming. Y'all I was almost going to do it, I was almost going to send him money until one day he made a boo-boo. He sent me a screen cap of his Home Screen for some reason, can't remember why anymore. The screen said IVORY Coast and something else that made me realise this dude was lying the whole time. I blocked him. I was so stupid lol.
Anyway haven't really gone back since but if you do ask for a video call somehow
