I do agree with you personally.

Speaking for myself, I just want to see good Managers in Football strategically taking each other on, for all I care they could all be OAP.

I just find it concerning that the article basically just wants quotas filled instead of people that will bring a positive contribution to their clubs and the Sport itself.
