My thing with cheese is that it has to be (at-least relatively) melted, or grated. That’s it. Those are my only terms and conditions. I’ll never be a fan of ploughman’s lunch (I hate half the ingredients on it anyway) but I can eat halloumi or cheesy burgers/pasta all day. Not as much as r-kid Mikey (someone I went to school with who loved, loved and loved cheese) but I do like it.
