People shouldn't make jokes about other people's identity. They don't know each other, they've been in the house for a week. If Caroline didn't know what pansexuality was she could have said just that, she wanted to make fun of Nancy and she wanted to force a narrative between her and Cameron. She specifically posed the question to be about procreation to exclude Zelah after already joking about his lack of a male reproductive organ. Caroline is ignorant and she is not funny.
