See, what you are doing here is rationalising the contradiction between defending a fundamentalist religion that hasn't changed since the Bronze Age, including it's views on LGBT, and progressive Western values.

The point is that importing MORE of a faith that is actively and openly against your progressive values en mass over a short period of time is severe self harm.

52% of Muslims in the UK don't even think homosexuality should be legal.
