I felt a bit sorry for Katie, she was obviously reading what she'd been told to and handled it pretty well. It would have been interesting what the idiot sat next to her would have done in the same situation, he's so far up his own arse its unreal. He probably would have raised his voice at random intervals and told her he was right and she was wrong. Still pretty funny though
