I think the big thing for me was the lack of challenge. Tate spoke about one specific documentary and feeling Robinson was making fair points. He then said he felt in order to understand he needed to watch, which is legitimate. But Teja then shut him down instead of asking what he felt was fair. Zelah did the same with the Farage comparison and even Marcus went down the route of him being a bad man. They accuse him of sitting on the fence, then back away from a possible discussion when they get the chance.
I wish they had asked him what he felt was fair, what he agreed with. Maybe they did and we didn't see it, but it didn't look like it from the edit. That was a chance to have a discussion with someone who strikes me as flirting with the far right but not necessarily embracing it (otherwise I'd have thought his interactions with other HMs would be different) and they didn't take it.
