On Day 8, it was an eviction, however. You could say all Housemate were "up-for-eviction".. except it was Big Brother who decided who goes, he just simply decided that it was Kitten, because she broke so many rules, and either way, sooner-or-later she would've been ejected anyway (if he would evict somebody else, like Ahmed or Emma)

No BB had no intention of evicted anyone on that night and never did :P
That night was supposed to be the fake eviction where the housemates where supposed to chose 1 housemates to leave the big brother house because of all the housemates constant rule breaking. However the housemate would have gone to the bedsit unbeknown to the housemates.
however kitten received 3 formal warnings so BB decided to eject her and save the bedsit for the next week

She was evicted, and always has been. She left through the front door, got an interview, did a press interviews, did BBLB - the lot. Ejected housemates do not do this.
It's unfair to say that "oh BB kicked her out so she wasnt evicted" - BB has the right to change the rules at ANY time. And he did. Kitten was evicted, not ejected. [She was always referred to through out the show as the first evictee, and always will be.
