Hi Azzy.
If the picture's on your PC and not too big, you can upload it to the site using the 'Attachment' box at the bottom of the Post Reply box. Click the Browse button and find the file on your PC so it shows in the blank screen, then when you Post Reply, the pic will be uploaded.
If it's on a website, right click your mouse on the picture and then select 'Properties'. Copy the Address (URL) for the file and paste this in your reply between [img] and [/img] - no spaces!
