Well...no. I can see you might argue you prefer her, or she's more well-produced and makes better songs in your opinion, but I think in terms of talent, we can only go by their voices and songwriting. Amy has a better voice [IMO, and as is the general consensus] and writes her own songs, whereas I'm sure Rihanna doesn't.
I do like Rihanna though.
