Yeah, I wouldn't completely right her off, because that isn't fair if it is true. Just seems a bit suspicious when stories suddenly spring out of nowhere when they enter bb. If it was really that bad, she should have reported it when it happened and there'd be a record.

Im not saying I believe it....
BUT....IF it were true, its sometimes a hard thing for a woman to admit, or go to the police about, she could have been scared...then after she re-married, she maybe didnt see much of him and put it to the back of her mind...
Then one day seeing your abuser on national TV, playing the nice guy, could spark to want to show him for what he is.
