Come out of the diary room and grab a random piece of paper and pretend to read from it. Tell the housemates that the next few days will be a test and that they should ignore all commands by big brother, including the calls to nominate! If they pass, they recieve a party or extra booze or something.

Then when they all don't nominate because they think it's a test, I'd go in on my own and nominate two people and those two would be up! lol
