Yeah, but that doesnt mean to say we need to control their habits. Yes, we have made them domestic animals, but cat's are natural hunters, so surely we can let them hunt without taking away their 'price'. Its the food chain, mice need predators, so why should we disrupt nature even more?

Fair enough, but I think saving the mouse from a grisly death is much more noble than letting my cat eat when it doesn't necessarily need to.
